Reliance Retail’s beauty business, Tira Beauty, is set to make a splash in the Indian beauty market by enlisting popular celebrities as brand ambassadors. Among the names being considered are Bollywood stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kiara Advani, and Suhana Khan. The move is part of Tira Beauty’s strategy to connect with Gen Z and millennial consumers and raise brand awareness.
In addition to the celebrity endorsements, Tira Beauty plans to collaborate with six influencers who will help drive consumer engagement and promote the brand’s range of beauty products. By leveraging the vast social media following of these celebrities and influencers, Tira Beauty aims to tap into a wider customer base and generate interest in its offerings.
Reliance Retail sees Tira Beauty as a significant player in the multi-brand beauty segment and has ambitious expansion plans for the business. Recognizing the booming beauty market in India, the company intends to expand Tira Beauty’s presence offline by opening 25 brick-and-mortar stores in major cities across the country.
The first flagship store of Tira Beauty was launched in April this year, located in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex on Jio World Drive. Spanning over 4,300 square feet, the store offers a wide selection of domestic and international beauty and personal care brands. With its minimalist yet feminine interior and spacious design, the flagship store provides a premium shopping experience for customers.
With the addition of celebrity brand ambassadors and plans for offline expansion, Tira Beauty aims to solidify its position in the beauty industry and cater to the diverse needs of Indian consumers. The brand’s focus on quality products and strategic marketing partnerships is expected to fuel its growth and establish a strong presence in the competitive beauty market.
