Embassy Group, a real estate firm, headquartered in Bengaluru is all set to launch a co-living brand under EPDPL Co-Living Pvt. Ltd.
The brand plans to start the project with 20K built-in beds on its existing land portfolio and it aims to reach 100K owned and operated beds in the next five years.
The co-living brand basically focuses on growing migrant millennial workforce and students. The product is said to be launched by 2019-end with the first project in Bengaluru, followed by Pune.
