We all have a story. For many of us, it’s not a pretty one. It’s often one of abuse, self-loathing, feeling lost, alone, and angry. What happens when we keep re-reading our story in the background of our subconscious and conscious minds, it become a way of life and destructive patters replay, over and over.
Living in the past and dragging around our painful memories will destroy us to some degree over time. The old baggage will affect our health, marriages, how we raise our kids, our financial status and our true happiness.
The past can rob us of our joy and hope.
We easily get bogged down with our own CRAP: chaos, restriction, anger and poverty mindset.
Most of the time it can feel like there is no way out.
What so many don’t realize, due to conditioning and not having been told otherwise, is that life doesn’t have to be this way.
Regardless of your past, there is a way out of the suffering.
How?
First, deciding that anything less than joy, abundance, good health and personal freedom is no longer acceptable.
Second, is raising your hand and saying, “Yes! I’m ready for change. Help!” Once you put out your S.O.S., the universe will respond and put the right people or person in your path to guide you to your next step.
Third, and this is perhaps one of the biggest sticking points for most people, is being willing to take 100% responsibility for your life.
When you were a child, you had little control. As an adult, you have absolute control.
When you decide to take your healing journey, know that it’s not always pretty. Some days it’s down right hard. The process can feel like one step forward, and two steps back. You might fall flat on your face, trip over the same stumbling blocks and get triggered by the same people…Until you reach a tipping point.
All of this takes courage. And persistence. Never give up.
My story of transformation is shared in my book, Healing Your Soul In A Chaotic World: Defying the Odds of Sanity and Survival. It’s an unconventional blueprint for letting go and transforming your life.
I went from feeling like God’s biggest mistake, abandoned, abused, abusing myself, battling between living or dying, struggling with anxiety and depression and more.
When I sent up my S.O.S. flare to the universe, magic began to happen in the form of the right people crossing my path, holding my hand and leading the way to a new me.
Over the course of time, I’ve become known as a powerful holistic healer, coach and mentor. My clients experience an amazing journey back to feeling whole and understanding that they are loved and that they matter.
The real magic happens when you heal your inner child, your heart, your souls and forgive.
Forgiveness can feel like a dirty “F” word and make you recoil, saying, “I’ll NEVER forgive…”
As you let go of what hurts, this will shift. And that’s a promise.
You deserve to be happy. You deserve to be free. You deserve to live your best life ever.
Know that you are loved and that you matter too.
May you find the courage to raise your hand and start living with gusto moving forward.
You are worthy of all this and more. I dare you to claim it.
