River Island is set to launch fashion brand Harpenne

River Island Global Holdings is all set to launch a new online women’s wear brand to cater to women over 40, who have particularly been ignored on the high street.

Womenswear brand Harpenne will focus on appealing to an older age group. The brand will be launched in September.

Harpenne is owned by River Island Global Holdings and the focus of the brand will be on clothes, which don’t slavishly follow the latest trends. These clothes will be designed for a customer group that has particularly been ignored on the high street. Harpenne is aimed at creating a range with a point of difference.
