Today, common sense conservative outsider, business leader, parent, and candidate for California’s U.S. Senate seat, Jon Elist, announced the launch of a statewide radio campaign to targeted voters across California.
The ad is titled “Broken Promises” and focuses on the repeated failures of career politicians when it comes to the most basic responsibilities of their jobs, such as the economy and public safety.
“Career politicians continue to make false promises as everything around them deteriorates, and Americans pay the price,” said Jon Elist. “The very same people who caused the crises we are currently facing as a country cannot be the ones trusted to clean it up. It’s time for positive change and real leadership.”
“In just a few short months, Jon Elist has gone from political newcomer to building a viable campaign that has him well-positioned to become the Republican nominee,” said John Thomas, Chief Campaign Strategist. “Elist is Alex Padilla’s worst nightmare – a common sense outsider who does not sound or think like a career politician.”
As one of the only viable candidates challenging Senator Alex Padilla (D), Elist is continuing to build momentum for his outsider campaign. Notably, after just one reporting period, Elist was already among the top fundraising candidates in the field, despite only being in the race for a few months.
