HTC announces event in China on June 11th, and is expected to launch its U19e smartphone.  After lying dormant and believed to have pretty much exited the smartphone business, HTC has shared a teaser for an event that is scheduled for June 11th. It does come like a surprise. Codenamed HTC 2Q7A100, the smartphone is reported to feature mid-range specifications, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC, coupled with 6GB of memory. There is 128GB of native storage, while the display panel is said to be a 6-inch, full-HD+ panel with 18:9 aspect ratio.

British iconic automobile brand MG (Morris Garages) has made an announcement on Wednesday that its global pure EV — the MG EZS — will be manufactured at Halol in Gujarat, ahead of its introduction to India in December this year. Hyundai Motor Co. will launch its luxury brand Genesis in the Indian market after 2020. First the company will test the acceptance of its models in the premium segment by first introducing its Kona electric SUV in July. For Genesis, Hyundai will open company-owned experience centres and small showrooms in select locations across the country. Hyundai is also expected to display its luxury products at Auto Expo 2020.
