Ferrero, the chocolate company behind popular brands such as Kinder and Ferrero Rocher, has announced that Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh will be the brand ambassador for its hazelnut cocoa spread, Nutella, in India.
In a statement, Ferrero said Singh will be promoting the Nutella brand through various digital and offline media platforms, and will be featured in the brand’s campaigns. Zoher Kapuswala, the marketing head of Nutella brands at Ferrero India, said Singh’s energetic personality aligns well with the brand’s ethos, and they are excited to have him onboard.
Singh, who was recently seen in the film 21 and will be next seen in Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, endorses several other brands including Adidas Originals and Nivea. He will be part of the upcoming World Nutella Day campaign set to launch on February 5 in India on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
