Bacardi Teams With Major Lazer & Anitta To Launch A Song

Bacardí is putting its bets on two of the world’s hottest hitmakers to launch its latest brand campaign and make a play for a song of the summer.

Bacardi teamed with Major Lazer and Anitta for the new tune “Make It Hot” that mixes the DJ duo’s signature island sounds with the Brazilian singer’s smoky delivery. The track was released in partnership with the rum brand and its newly launched “Pass the Beat” campaign that encourages artistic collaboration.

Major Lazer and Bacardí have had a running partnership for three years now that’s included innovative, music-focused collaborations like a Snapchat lens music video for ML’s “Front of the Line” single.
