Korean singer and fashion icon Jang Won-Young, also known as Wonyoung, has been named the new brand ambassador for Tommy Hilfiger. She will be the face of the Tommy Jeans summer 2025 campaign. Tommy Hilfiger is part of the global fashion company PVH Corp.
Wonyoung is best known as a member of IVE, one of South Korea’s most popular girl groups. At just 20 years old, she has become a major influence in music, fashion, and pop culture. She first became famous in 2018 after winning first place on the TV show Produce 48, and later joined the group Iz*One. After the group ended in 2021, she debuted in IVE and quickly rose to global fame.
In her statement about joining the Tommy Hilfiger family, Wonyoung said, “It’s an honor to join the Tommy family — this is a brand with a long history of celebrating inspiring women who lead with confidence and creativity. This campaign is about expressing your true self, and I hope together we can inspire the next generation to embrace what makes them unique and find joy in every moment.”
Tommy Hilfiger also praised Wonyoung, saying she “embodies the spirit of Tommy Jeans with her authentic style, radiant confidence, and effortless ability to elevate everyday looks. She brings a polished edge to streetwear in a way that’s entirely her own — a true reflection of our modern take on timeless prep.”
The new summer campaign was shot by photographer Mok Jung-Wook. It features Wonyoung in both still photos and short videos. In the images, she is seen wearing a mix of casual and stylish outfits, including:
- A red, white, and blue T-shirt with classic denim jeans and sneakers
- A sleek black strappy midi-dress
- A pleated mini-skirt, showing a softer, more playful side of her style
This campaign shows how Tommy Hilfiger is blending American style with global fashion trends by working with leading stars from around the world.
The new Tommy Jeans summer collection will be available on tommy.com, at Tommy Hilfiger stores around the world, and through select retail partners. The collection includes sizes from XXS to XXL, with prices ranging from $35 to $139.
This partnership is another sign of K-pop’s growing influence in the fashion world, and Wonyoung’s role shows how music, confidence, and personal style can come together powerfully.
