Hyundai Motor India is all set to launch the new-generation 2025 Hyundai Venue on November 4, with prices to be revealed on the same day. The company has already opened bookings for the updated SUV at a token amount of ₹25,000, both online and across Hyundai dealerships in India.
The 2025 Venue comes packed with new features, stylish design updates, and advanced safety technology, making it one of the most feature-rich compact SUVs in its segment.
Key Highlights and Features
The new Venue includes a Level 2 ADAS suite, six airbags, ABS with EBD, ESC, hill assist control (HAC), tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), electronic parking brake with auto-hold, and 360-degree camera. Every seat also comes with three-point seatbelts and reminders.
Inside, the SUV gets a major tech upgrade with dual 12.3-inch displays (for the instrument cluster and infotainment), ventilated front seats, electric sunroof, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and BlueLink connected car features offering 70 smart functions. Music lovers will enjoy the Bose eight-speaker sound system, while ambient lighting, a 4-way powered driver’s seat, and automatic climate control add to the premium feel.
Engine and Performance Options
The 2025 Hyundai Venue will continue with three engine options:
- 1.2-litre petrol (83 PS, 114 Nm, 5-speed manual)
- 1.0-litre turbo-petrol (120 PS, 172 Nm, 6-speed manual / 7-speed DCT)
- 1.5-litre diesel (116 PS, 250 Nm, 6-speed manual / new 6-speed automatic)
The new addition is the diesel automatic transmission, borrowed from the Kia Sonet, which offers smoother, more convenient driving.
Variants and Colour Options
The Venue will be offered in eight variants: HX 2, HX 4, HX 5, HX 6, HX 6T, HX 7, HX 8, and HX 10.
New colour options include:
- Monotone shades: Hazel Blue (new), Mystic Sapphire (new), Dragon Red, Abyss Black, Atlas White, and Titan Grey
- Dual-tone shades: Hazel Blue with Abyss Black roof and Atlas White with Abyss Black roof
Dual-tone options will be available from the HX 6 variant onwards.
Expected Price and Rivals
The 2025 Hyundai Venue is expected to be priced from around ₹8 lakh (ex-showroom). Once launched, it will compete with popular compact SUVs such as the Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet, Maruti Brezza, Mahindra XUV 3XO, Nissan Magnite, Renault Kiger, Skoda Kylaq, and Toyota Taisor.
Launch and Availability
