Hershey’s and Yuengling make chocolate beer

Two of America’s oldest brands Hershey’s and Yuengling have announced the collaboration for connoisseurs of chocolate and craft brews to bring chocolate beers for the novelty beer lovers. 

Hershey’s for the first time in the company’s history is set to lend its star ingredient to fellow Pennsylvania-based brand Yuengling — to bring the Yuengling Hershey’s Chocolate Porter.

Due to be out mid-October, the beer will come in limited-edition, it is going to be a perfect blend of Hershey’s chocolate and the caramel and dark roasted malts of Yuengling’s Dark Brewed Porter. 

Vice president of operations, Yuengling, Jennifer Yuengling said, “We spent nearly a year developing our Yuengling Hershey’s Chocolate Porter and are excited for the world to indulge in the classic taste of Yuengling Dark Brewed Porter blended with the unmistakable taste of Hershey’s chocolate.”
