Bajaj Auto To introduce New Electric Mobility Brand Urbanite
Bajaj Auto is all set to enter the electric mobility space with the introduction of its new electric mobility brand Urbanite brand. The bran will officially launch the two-wheeler on October 16, 2019.
With the launch of Urbanite Bajaj Auto will become the latest mainstream two-wheeler manufacturer to enter the electric mobility space.
The Urbanite brand is expected to be a new division under Bajaj Auto that will spawn electric scooters.
The Urbanite scooter is likely to gain a premium position in the market after its arrival and is exected to take on the likes Ampere Electric Vehicles, Ather Energy, Okinawa Scooters, Hero Electric, Twenty Two Motors and a host of other new and upcoming electric vehicle makers.
