Hyundai First Car Rolls Out At Chennai Plant

The Hyundai Venue production has commenced in India. The country’s second largest carmaker rolled off the Venue from the assembly line at the company’s Sriperumbudur manufacturing facility, Chennai.

The car will be launched on May 21, 2019. It was unveiled in April at the New York International Auto Show. India is the first market to get the Hyundai Venue.

The first car introduced is in Lava Orange – a new colour from Hyundai for India. Also, the car features optional two-tone contrast roof option in black, brand new engine, turbocharged 1.0, 3-cylinder petrol with the new 7-Speed DCT (dual-clutch) gearbox.
