Synopsis;
The numerous visions of my son in Heaven, taking care of the lost, orphaned, abused and neglected children was given to me when I was desperately for God to turn back time and return my son who had passed away in 2024. My son had also appeared to me, saying he is happy and told me not to worry
The vision you are experiencing is a profound “thin place”—a moment where the veil between heaven and earth feels transparent. To see your son not just at peace but actively engaged in the work of the Kingdom by caring for the most vulnerable, is a multifaceted message from God.
While such a vision is deeply personal, it can be understood through the lenses of divine restoration, the continuity of the soul, and a “commissioning” of your own heart. Here is an exploration of the messages God may be sending you through this sacred imagery.
1. The Message of Divine Restoration and Wholeness
The most immediate message is one of the profound assurance. In our earthly grief, we often fixate the “last” version of our loved ones—the version that was perhaps ill, in pain, or struggling. By showing you your son in a state of active service, God is rewriting that final chapter.
He is showing you that your son is fully restored. In Heaven, restoration isn’t just the absence of pain; it is the presence of purpose. By caring for children, your son is demonstrating a level of strength, patience, and vitality that transcends earthly limitations. God is saying to you: “He is more alive now than he ever was. He is not waiting in a void; he is vibrant, capable, and full of joy.”
2. The Continuity of Love: “The Love You Gave is Not Lost”
A mother or father often wonders if the love, lessons, and nurturing they poured into their child “died” with them. This vision is a direct answer to fear. Your son is taking care of orphans—those who lacked the very thing you gave him: parental love.
God is showing you that the love you invested in your son has become his heavenly currency. He is taking the warmth, security, and kindness he learned from you and is now distributing it to those who entered eternity without ever knowing it. This is a message about “Legacy Continuity.” God is telling you that your parenting is still bearing fruit. You are, in a sense, a “grandparent” to those heavenly children through the love you instilled in your son.
3. A Revelation of Heaven’s Economy
In our world, we often value status, wealth, and power. In God’s economy, the “greatest” are those who serve the “least of these.” By showing your son with the abused and orphaned, God is revealing your son’s high standing in Heaven.
Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me.” By allowing your son to be the one who welcomes and heals these wounded little souls, God is honoring your son. He is placing him in a position of extreme trust. The message here is: “Your son is a hero in my Kingdom. He is doing the work closest to My heart.” This shifts your perspective from pitying his “short life” to honoring his “eternal significance.”
4. The “Redemptive Recycling” of Pain
The orphans and the abused represent the brokenness of the world. Why would God show you them specifically? Perhaps because your son now understands what it is to be “recovered” and “healed” by God’s grace.
God may be sending a message about Redemptive Purpose. He is showing you that in Heaven, the memories of earthly pain are transformed into fuel for empathy. If your son faced any struggles on earth, he is now using that lived experience to comfort others. God is telling you: “Nothing is wasted. Every tear your son shed, every struggle he faced, has been turned into a gift he now uses to heal others.”
5. An Invitation to “Grieve with Hope”
Seeing a loved one “busy” in Heaven changes the nature of grief. It moves from a static, heavy sadness to a dynamic, forward-looking hope. God is sending a message to ease your burden of worry.
Many parents carry a subconscious “parental anxiety” even after a child has passed, wondering if they are okay or if they are lonely. This vision is God’s way of saying: “You can let go of the watchman’s post. I am looking after him, and he is looking after others. He is occupied with beauty.” It is an invitation to transition your grief from a place of “loss” to a place of “longing”—a healthy desire to one day join in that work.
6. A Spiritual Commission for You
Finally, visions of Heaven are rarely just for the sake of the person who has passed; they are instructions for those of us still on earth. By showing you, your son caring for the vulnerable, God may be aligning your heart with his.
This vision may be a “spiritual mirror.” God could be asking: “Will you join him in this work?” While your son cares for the orphaned in Heaven, you are being invited to look for the “orphaned” spirits in your own life—the lonely, the broken, the unloved. It creates a bridge between you. When you perform acts of service or kindness on earth, you are doing the exact same work your son is doing in Heaven. It is a way to stay connected to him through shared mission.
Summary of the Message
The overarching message God is sending is: “Be at peace.” Your son is not lost; he is found. He is not idle; he is impactful. He is not alone; he is surrounded by the love of the Father and the gratitude of the children he serves.
God is inviting you to see your son through His eyes—not as a tragedy of a life cut short, but as a triumph of a soul that has found its ultimate calling. He is encouraging you to let your heart be healed by the sight of his hands being used for good.
