Ferrari has launched the Amalfi Spider in India, with an ex-showroom price of ₹4.6 crore. As Ferrari’s entry-level convertible, the Amalfi Spider offers open-top driving along with the brand’s well-known mix of luxury, performance, and advanced technology.
One of the key highlights of the Amalfi Spider is its electrically operated folding soft-top, which can be opened or closed in just 13.5 seconds while the car is moving at speeds of up to 60 km/h. This allows drivers to enjoy open-air motoring without stopping the vehicle.
In terms of design, the Amalfi Spider closely follows the styling of the Amalfi Coupe while evolving the elegant design language first introduced with the Ferrari Roma. It features a long sculpted bonnet, muscular flared fenders, sleek LED headlamps connected by a black strip, four signature LED taillights, and quad exhaust outlets that reinforce its sporty character.

The cabin features Ferrari’s latest dual-cockpit layout, designed to create an engaging experience for both the driver and passenger. It comes equipped with a 15.6-inch digital instrument cluster, a 10.25-inch central touchscreen infotainment system, and a dedicated passenger display that allows the co-driver to view performance and driving information.
Ferrari has also updated the steering wheel by replacing the previous haptic touch controls with physical buttons, a move likely to be welcomed by driving enthusiasts who prefer tactile feedback while operating key functions.
Powering the Amalfi Spider is Ferrari’s acclaimed 3.9-litre twin-turbocharged V8 petrol engine, producing 640 BHP and 760 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, sending power exclusively to the rear wheels.
According to Ferrari, the convertible sports car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds, delivering the kind of performance expected from one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands.

The Amalfi Spider blends luxury, everyday usability, and exciting performance. It is likely to attract buyers seeking an exclusive grand-touring convertible that offers comfort and the unique Ferrari driving experience.
The Amalfi Spider carries on Ferrari’s tradition of front-engine V8 grand tourers, which balance daily driving with supercar performance. Bringing back physical steering-wheel controls shows Ferrari is listening to customers and focusing on a more intuitive, driver-centered experience.
