After eight years without a flagship fragrance debut, Elizabeth Arden is marking a new chapter with the launch of Eternal Aura. The heritage beauty house has appointed actress Leighton Meester as the global face of the campaign, aligning the release with a message of modern femininity and self-assured strength.
Eternal Aura is designed for today’s multifaceted woman, combining modern fragrance science with touches that honor the brand’s rich history.
Developed by senior perfumer Natasha Côté-Mouzannar and master perfumer Anne Flipo through IFF’s Science of Wellness platform, the fragrance is designed to evoke both emotional uplift and sensory sophistication.
The fragrance opens with a lively mix of dragon fruit, golden pear, and pink pepper, offering fresh, bright notes. The heart reveals magnolia and peony, bringing soft floral elegance. At its centre is an exclusive Elizabeth Arden blend of rose and ambrette, adding depth and uniqueness. The base features warm sandalwood, musk, and tonka bean, finishing with a sensual amber touch.
The result is a floral-amber scent that feels airy yet enveloping, delicate yet enduring.
The packaging honors Elizabeth Arden’s legacy. The bottle shows a brushed gold monogram pattern inspired by the wallpaper from the original salons. This design connects the past and present, highlighting the brand as both a historic beauty pioneer and a modern leader.
Alongside the Eau de Parfum, the brand has introduced the Eternal Aura Body Balm, lightly infused with the same floral amber signature. The addition expands the scent into a layered ritual, enhancing longevity and wearability.

The launch will begin in the U.S. with a campaign fronted by Meester across Elizabeth Arden’s owned channels, supported by press and consumer activations. The rollout will then expand internationally through television, out-of-home and digital advertising.
