Author of the week – Adriana Gavazzoni

We are delighted to introduce our Author of the Week. This week, we are featuring the talented Brazilian author Adriana Gavazzoni. Gavazzoni has been a corporate lawyer for over 30 years, and is an internationally awarded book author.

Gavazzoni published her first book in 2017 entitled Behind the Door. Behind the Door has won four Gold Medals: The Golden Book Award 2017- Readers Choice; Book Excellence Award 2017; B.R.A.G Medallion 2019 and eLIT Book Awards 2019, as well as one Bronze Medal. This book expanded into a series, including the novel Lara’s Journal and The Brilliant Game. Lara’s Journal won an honorable mention at Reader’s Favorite 2018 and the Paris Book Festival 2018. The final book of the series, entitled Hidden Motives, got the gold medal at the Book Excellence Awards in 2019.

She also published a novel entitled Sketches of Life (Where The Road Goes Series Book 1), which is a Pinnacle Book Achievement Award Winner and Book Excellence Awards 2020. 

A.Gavazzoni just published a new book entitled Life Has Other Plans (Where The Road Goes Series Book 2). Readers can find her books on Amazon Kindle.

Gavazzoni finds inspiration for her stories observing  people around her, and has drawn on her experiences working with a shelter for abused and disadvantaged children.
