Kawasaki has officially launched the 2027 Ninja 300 in India, introducing the popular entry-level sportbike at an ex-showroom price of ₹3.34 lakh. While the latest model carries a ₹17,000 price increase over its predecessor, it continues with the same design, engine, and hardware that have made it a favourite among riders looking for a reliable twin-cylinder motorcycle.
The 2027 Ninja 300 retains its familiar supersport-inspired styling, featuring twin projector headlamps, aerodynamic bodywork, a sculpted fuel tank, and a sleek tail section. For the new model year, the motorcycle is available exclusively in Lime Green, a signature Kawasaki colour that reflects the brand’s racing heritage.
Powering the motorcycle is the tried-and-tested 296cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine, producing 39 hp and 26.1 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox and an assist and slipper clutch, delivering smooth performance, refined power delivery, and an engaging high-revving character that continues to appeal to enthusiasts.
The chassis remains unchanged, with the Ninja 300 built around a steel frame suspended by telescopic front forks and a rear monoshock. Braking duties are handled by disc brakes at both ends, supported by dual-channel ABS, while the bike rides on 17-inch alloy wheels fitted with tubeless tyres.
Although many newer rivals offer larger TFT displays, ride modes, traction control, and upside-down front forks, Kawasaki has chosen to keep the Ninja 300 simple and focused. The motorcycle continues to feature:
